The tyrolean tourism association does not have a general exemption rule for people with the relevant ID.
The tyrolean tourism act does not provide for a general exemption from the tourist tax for people with disabilities. In tyrol, the tax is payable per person per night, and in the Tannheimer Tal, the tourist tax is €3.50 per person per night. The tourist tax is levied to promote tourism and is made available to tourism associations. Further information can be found in the residence tax act at: Folder tourist tax

- It takes about an hour to walk from Tannheim to Lake Vilsalpsee. The path is paved, and there are two inns at the lake. The newly constructed Vilsalpsee building has accessible restrooms. Lake Vilsalpsee is located in a nature reserve, and there are a few things to keep in mind, such as the new access rules for the Lake Vilsalpsee Nature Reserve. Depending on individual circumstances and support, there are various options available for traveling to the lake, such as the bus (summer service), horse-drawn carriages, or the Alpenexpress (travel times according to timetable).
- From Schattwald, you can reach the destination of Rehbach (refreshments available at Hotel Rehbach, but only drinks!). The path is paved, the last section is a little steeper, and it takes about 1.5 hours.
- It also takes about 45 minutes to walk from Zöblen to the Zugspitzblick inn, but this route is rather steep. However, it can also be reached by car.
- From Grän, you can reach Tannheim in about an hour. There are several hiking trails here that do not have any significant inclines. Some of the trails are gravel.
- A flat gravel path runs around Haldensee lake. It takes about an hour to walk around the lake. The cycling and hiking trail through the Tannheimer Tal is flat and paved and is easily accessible by wheelchair.
- The letter trail in Jungholz starts at the lift parking lot in Jungholz. The letters of the town's name are displayed at various points throughout the town. All points can therefore be reached via a circular route. The path is paved and easily accessible by wheelchair. Duration approx. 1.5 hours.
- High trail (panoramic trail) from the center of Jungholz to the district of Langenschwand. Cross the road and take the path to the Höhenweg trail. This trail now leads slightly downhill past the moor pond to the district of Gießenschwand and back to the town center on the road. Duration approx. 1.5 hours.
- Tannheim – wheelchair accessible – the driveway to the lift is paved. At the mountain station, you can stay right next to the station. The Gundhütte (hut) below can only be reached via stairs. The toilets are located at ground level, outside the cabin. Please note that the terrain here is uneven!
- Grän – wheelchair accessible – the access to the lift is via a short asphalted and paved path that is easily navigable. The Sonnenalm is easily accessible from the mountain station and is also a great place to linger – wheelchair accessible. No disabled toilet at the hut (stairs).
- Tannheim: Felixé Mina's Haus
- The open-air concerts in the individual towns, as these usually take place directly on the village square (only in good weather).
