Look forward to a varied yoga practice that brings you into the here and now, strengthens your body awareness and provides greater flexibility, mobility and inner peace.
Whether you suffer from back, neck or joint problems or are looking for a balance to sport, you can expect a balanced mix of stretching, strengthening and relaxation.
Asanas promote fitness and balance, while pranayama strengthens body awareness and releases tension. Shortened muscles are stretched, tendons and ligaments strengthened. Relaxation exercises help you to let go and recharge your batteries.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a calm, passive and meditative style of yoga that focuses on gently stretching the deep connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments and joints.
Instead of dynamic movements, the focus is on holding asanas for long periods, usually in a sitting or lying position. Props such as cushions and blankets support you so that you can relax deeply and release tension.
