Gehrenalpe - Musauer Alm - Bärenfalle

By bus to Höfen (change in Weißenbach). Ascent with the Reutte cable car to the mountain station. Along the Alpenrosenweg past the Lechaschauer Alm (overnight accommodation possible), continuing to the Gehrenalpe (overnight accommodation possible), about 1 1/4 hours. Ascent to the Gehrenjoch and Sabachjoch, path no. 417 a, about 3/4 hour, and descent to the Musauer Alm (overnight accommodation possible) path no. 416, about 1/12 hour. Descent to the Bärenfalle via forest path about 2 hours. Return by bus to Reutte. At Reutte station change to the bus to Höfen or the Tannheimer Tal. Walking time approx. 5 1/2 hours.

Via the Gehren and Sabachjoch to the Tannheimer Hut or Gimpelhaus (overnight accommodation possible) path no. 416/417, approx. 2 hours. Descent to Nesselwängle, path no. 415, approx. 1 hour. Walking time approx. 3 hours

Stop at one of the huts along the way and enjoy the view!
