Description:
The Krinnenalpe double chairlift is currently out of operation
Starting from Nesselwängle at the valley station of the Krinnenalp lift, either ascend via the forest road taking about 1 1/2 hours or use the 2-person chairlift (currently out of operation). Continue to the Krinnenalpe (overnight accommodation available) and to the Nesselwängler Edenalpe (overnight accommodation available), Alpine rose path, and further to the Gräner Ödenalpe, about 1 1/2 hours. Descent from the Gräner Ödenalpe (overnight accommodation available) towards Rauth via the Gentian path (not suitable for strollers), about 2 hours, and further to the valley station, about 1 hour. Total about 6 1/2 hours.Directions:

Starting from Nesselwängle at the parking lot of the Krinnenalp lift (currently out of operation), follow the forest road past the top station to the first hut, the Krinnenalpe (overnight accommodation available), then via the Alpine rose path to the second hut, the Nesselwängler Edenalpe, and from there on path no. 16 to the third hut, the Gräner Ödenalpe. The descent from the Gräner Ödenalpe towards Rauth goes via the Gentian path and continues to the parking lot of the Krinnenalp lift.

Getting there

On the A7 motorway at the "Oy-Mittelberg" exit onto the B310 towards Wertach and Oberjoch. There follow the signposts "Tannheimer Tal" B199, exit lifts in Nesselwängle. From the Tyrol side via Reutte on the B198 towards Lechtal to Weißenbach, over the Gaicht pass along the B199 to the lifts in Nesselwängle.


Public Transit

By train to Sonthofen, Pfronten/Ried or Reutte, then by bus to Nesselwängle. Bus stop Krinnenalp lift.


Parking

Directly at the valley station of the Krinnenalp lift in Nesselwängle, parking fee applies.
