Description:
The snow park is based on the "Ice Age" movie.
A mammoth, a cave bear, a saber-toothed tiger and more are the stars of the children's adventure land at Gigge Hi - this is the name of the slope.   Between the sledding track and the Ice Age slope, on which the little ones learn to ski, there is a conveyor belt. Those who do not want to pull the sled up on foot can use the conveyor belt as a safe and comfortable ascent aid after purchasing a ticket. The ticket is available at the lift ticket office of the 8-seater gondola lift.Directions:

Directly behind the tourist information building and at the ski area of the 8-seater gondola Neunerköpfle in Tannheim.
The bus stop "Tannheim roundabout" is approximately 150 meters away.

Generally valid and usual behavior rules for sledding.Equipment:

Own sleds or sled rental at the valley station of the Neunerköpfle cable car (Bergbahnweg 12), just a few meters away, or at the Sporthaus Gehring (Höf 21) by the church in the center of Tannheim.

Getting there

On the A7 motorway at the "Oy-Mittelberg" exit, take the B310 towards Wertach and then Oberjoch. There follow the signs to "Tannheimer Tal" B199 until you reach Tannheim. From the Tyrol side via Reutte on B198 towards Lechtal until Weißenbach, then over the Gaichtpass along the B199 to Tannheim.


Public Transit

By train to Sonthofen or Reutte, then continue by bus to Tannheim.
