This service is free of charge and makes it easier to reunite lost or found items with their owners. The service is available 24 hours a day. Lost property reports can be submitted at any time of day. The reports are stored in a central database that is accessible to all participating lost property offices in Austria. Based on the contact details provided, the owners are automatically notified directly via the lost property office.
