Whether breathless beginner or well-trained mountaineer: In the Tannheimer Tal, everyone benefits who wants to be active in the fresh air and explore the surrounding mountains on foot. Every day, from amateur athletes to professionals, everyone faces a wide choice: The largest network of trails in Tyrol offers 26 marked routes, covering a total of 186 kilometers. Beginner loops as well as challenging mountain runs are included. To ensure that all guests know which path matches their fitness level and demands, a specially prepared map and small boards provide information on elevation profile, difficulty, and length of the route - the running and Nordic walking map.
Along meadows, over green alpine pastures, past sparkling mountain lakes... Walking and running in the Tannheimer Tal is not only the best training for the body but above all balm for the soul. The starting points for all eager movers are located in the six towns of Tannheim, Grän-Haldensee, Nesselwängle-Haller, Zöblen, Schattwald, and Jungholz.Directions:

Head west past the fire station and at the next crossroads turn right towards the north. Cross the bridge on the left and continue north. At the first junction turn left towards the west, then left and immediately right again. The path gently descends and runs parallel to the Logbach. Cross the bridge on the right to return to the starting point.

Tip:

There are several places to eat in the center of Grän.

Safety guidelines:

It should be noted that running and walking sports can have an increased risk of accidents and injuries. Despite careful route planning, a basic risk always remains. Preparation of the route through endurance sports, appropriate technical training and further education as well as personal caution reduces the risk of accidents and hazards.

Equipment:

Personal equipment must be safe and usable and comply with the respective technical standards. Everyone is advised to inform themselves about the planned routes in specialist literature or on site. Complete equipment is absolutely recommended even for experienced people!
