Christmas market Tannheimer Tal

During the Advent season, the scent of mulled wine, punch and Christmas treats beckon in the Tannheimer Tal. In addition to the magical winter atmosphere and warming food, the decorated market stalls in Europe's most beautiful high valley also offer handmade gifts, jewelry and decorations.

The markets in the region are particularly diverse and cozy, so every visitor is guaranteed to find their favorite Christmas market.

The cozy market, which takes place every year on the second weekend in November right next to the Hotel Sonnenhof, is not only a magnet for locals and guests, but has also become a fixture in the Tannheimer Valley's calendar of events. A total of 25 artisans and artists offer their popular wares for sale.

Saturday, November 8, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, November 9, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

In the festively decorated herb village, exhibitors from the Tannheimer Valley and the Allgäu region present handicrafts, fine products, and culinary delicacies. Music and performances in the pavilion, in the church, and around the herb garden create a contemplative atmosphere.

A sparkling sea of lights, festive sounds, and lovingly designed stalls make the Mountain Christmas a special experience for the whole family.
