At the same time, you hike through the refreshing nature of the village. The letter trail in Jungholz starts at the lift parking lot in Jungholz. The letters of the place name are displayed at various points in the village. All points can thus be reached via a circular path. The accessible paths and excursion destinations selected by us also invite families and people with mobility aids to discover: they are mostly asphalted or well-graveled and mostly easy to navigate with a stroller or wheelchair – though in some sections a helping hand may be beneficial.

The letters of the place name are displayed at various points in the village. All points can be hiked or reached by bike via a circular route. A variety of materials were used in the making of the individual letters, depending on the artist's style. At each art object, you will also find a short description for interpretation.
Directions:The path starts at the parking lot of the Jungholz tourism association. There you can already find the first letter of the place name. Depending on the speed and the time spent at the individual letters, about 2 - 3 hours should be planned. Anyone needing a short refreshment can make a detour to one of the restaurants along the path. The circular route passes by herb gardens, a well-maintained mini-golf course, and the Jungholz rock pool.

Safety guidelines:Summer hiking:
No special safety instructions to observe. Possibly pay attention to sun or rain protection and bring something to drink.
Winter hiking:
It should be noted that there is an increased risk of accidents and injuries even when winter hiking. In winter, special attention must be paid to the condition of the paths. Suitable clothing, good footwear, and possibly hiking poles provide additional safety. Equipment:
Good footwear is essential despite the good condition of the path. The path is both asphalted and covered with gravel paths and partially runs along the lightly trafficked main road.
On the A7 motorway, take the "Oy-Mittelberg" exit, then on B310 towards Wertach and turn left to Jungholz.
Public Transit
By train to Sonthofen, Pfronten/Ried or Reutte, then by bus to the Tannheimer Tal and via Oberjoch to Jungholz.
