The round starts in Elmen directly at the Lech, where you can park your car. You start very leisurely on a gravel path, with occasional small climbs and easy descents.
Often you are very close to the river and can observe how it flows in its natural riverbed. Depending on the time of year, the Lech is sometimes milky-turbid, sometimes clear.
In Forchach, you cross the Lech on an impressive suspension bridge. Enjoy the view of the river, how it has deeply carved into the alpine landscape.
On the way back, you travel upstream on a paved path. You pass the Lech meadows into the lady's slipper orchid area. There you can discover rare plants that thrive in this special microclimate.Directions:

It should be noted that mountain biking carries an increased risk of accidents and injuries. Despite careful tour planning, a basic risk always remains. Preparation through endurance training, appropriate technical training, education, and personal caution reduces the risk of accidents and hazards. But please never forget that the weather in the mountains can change very quickly. Stay on the marked paths. Riding on the "safe side" in the Tannheimer Valley In Austria, mountain biking is generally prohibited on all forest and hiking trails by law, except for expressly designated mountain bike trails. Forest road entrances are sometimes marked with driving ban signs and additional information such as "bicycles prohibited." Hiking trails do not display these prohibition signs, yet riding on them is forbidden.
