Description:
While we were able to admire the well-known mountains like Höfats, Trettach, and Schneck from afar the day before, today we get really close to them. It starts with the Schneck, whose forepeak trained hikers can definitely also "take along." But even those who prefer to just cover some distance will be rewarded with a fabulous view of the beautiful Höfats. Its slopes rise steeply at 70 degrees, crowned by four pointed peaks. A feast for the eyes. Once again, we traverse wonderful flower meadows and extensive scree fields to experience a completely new perspective at the Hornbachjoch: the Hochvogel appears again, this time from its other, no less spectacular side. The Hornbach chain with its Dolomite peaks also draws our attention. There is definitely enough time to look around on the elongated ridge of the Kanzberg. The descent through the forest to Hinterhornbach then finally gives the peace to process all the impressions of the past days.Directions:
