The starting point for this winter hike is the centre of Grän, where hikers set off to breathe in the fresh winter air and be enchanted by the tranquillity of the snow-covered surroundings.Directions:
The route takes hikers gently uphill, with a new panorama opening up after every bend. The snow-covered meadows and majestic mountains in the background create a picturesque scene that will make the heart of every winter lover beat faster.Tip:
The same route can be taken to return to Grän. If conditions are suitable, it is a good idea to take your sledge with you so that you can enjoy the return journey on it.Safety guidelines:

Getting there
On the A7 motorway, take the ‘Oy-Mittelberg’ exit onto the B310 towards Wertach and Oberjoch. Follow the signs for ‘Tannheimer Tal’ B199 and take the Grän exit.
Public Transit
Take the train to Sonthofen, Pfronten/Ried or Reutte, then continue by bus to Grän.

On the A7 motorway, take the ‘Oy-Mittelberg’ exit onto the B310 towards Wertach and Oberjoch. Follow the signs for ‘Tannheimer Tal’ B199 and take the Grän exit.
From the Tyrolean side, take the B198 via Reutte towards Lechtal to Weißenbach, then take the Gaichtpass along the B199 to the Grän exit.
Public Transit
Take the train to Sonthofen, Pfronten/Ried or Reutte, then continue by bus to Grän.
