Gamskopf with panoramic informant
Information & interesting facts
Magnificent panoramic view over the entire Tannheimer Valley.
Following the path further, you reach the summit of the Gamskopf in a few minutes. On clear days, an incredible mountain panorama and a distance view await you up there, rarely experienced elsewhere - the view extends to Munich, 100 km away. For those who want to know exactly which mountains are to be admired all around: a panoramic view informant provides the necessary overview. The path to the Gamskopf is prepared and passable in winter as well. Walking time approx. 1 hour.
The barrier-free paths and excursion destinations selected by us also invite families and people with mobility aids to discover: They are mostly
paved or well-gravelled and usually easy to navigate with strollers or wheelchairs – at some passages, however, a helping hand can be beneficial.

Safety guidelines: Summer hiking:
No special safety instructions to observe. Possibly watch out for sun or rain protection and bring something to drink.
Winter hiking:
It should be noted that there is an increased risk of accidents and injuries even when winter hiking. Especially in winter, pay particular attention to the path condition. Suitable clothing, good footwear, and possibly hiking poles provide additional safety. Stay on the marked paths.
Summer hiking:
No special equipment required, as the entire path is gravelled.
Winter hiking:
Contemporary and maintained equipment (shoes, poles, and clothing) not only provides a significant level of safety but also makes winter hiking considerably easier. Sun protection (high protection factor and possibly sunglasses) as well as enough fluids should not be forgotten.
