We walk from Hinterstein over the Zipfelsalpe to the Kühgundkopf and to the Iseler. In the process, we not only gain a lot of altitude but also walk on stages 1 and 6 of the Grenzgänger Trail.

Description:
We start in Hinterstein at the festival hall and quickly gain altitude up to the Zipfelsfälle and continue over many bends up to the high plateau around the Zipfelsalpe. Then we keep right to the Obere Stuibenalpe and ascend there towards the north up to the Kühgundspitze and the Kühgundrücken. Over a partly exposed path on the ridge, we reach the Iseler with its summit cross. Now we descend directly back to the Zipfelsalpe, and from there continue in about an hour to Hinterstein. On the way back, a swim in the pool at the Zipfelsfälle is possible – or a visit to the Prinze Gumpe natural outdoor pool at the foot of the slope not far from the parking lot. Directions:
