Description:
Take the gondola to the Neunerköpfle mountain station. From there, head south on an easy-to-walk mountain trail to the Obere Strindenalpe. Continue along a road over the Strindenscharte to the Gappenfeldalm.

You can either return the same way or descend via the Landsberger Hütte and Vilsalpsee.

Destination: Neunerköpfle Mountain Station in Tannheim
Getting there
On the A7 highway, take the "Oy-Mittelberg" exit onto the B310 toward Wertach and then on to Oberjoch. From there, follow the signs for "Tannheimer Tal" (B199) all the way to Tannheim. From the Tyrolean side, drive through Reutte onto the B198 toward Lechtal as far as Weißenbach, then over the Gaicht Pass along the B199 to Tannheim.

Take the train to Sonthofen, Pfronten/Ried, or Reutte, then continue by bus to Tannheim
