A scenic circular route from Zöblen to the Einstein. This route promises a diverse offering. Dreamlike flora and fauna with a wonderful view over the Tannheimer Tal. According to rumors, on very clear days, you can see the Frauen towers of Munich in the distance.

Directions:

From the west parking lot in Zöblen, it goes uphill to the mountain hotel Zugspitzblick. You quickly gain altitude on the asphalt road and with it more and more views over the Tannheimer Tal. From the Zugspitzblick, the gravel road goes moderately steep uphill, alternating through forest and pasture areas. In the Lohmoos, where the path now goes slightly downhill, the path turns left, following the signposts to Einstein. First on a gravel road, then on the hiking trail through the forest, the path leads under the Einstein. Now the ascent begins, first with hairpin bends, then almost along the ridge, to the summit. Dreamily beautiful panoramic and distant views reward the ascent. The return route first leads us down to Berg, a district of Tannheim, and then continues on the valley hiking trail back to the starting point in Zöblen.

Tip:
The Lohmoos is a beautiful raised bog, but also a sensitive habitat. Please do not leave the hiking trails and keep dogs on a leash – thank you.Safety guidelines:
