... and off you go through an impressive landscape: On Saturday, May 30, 2026, the Seen Lauf will take place in the Tannheimer Tal.
Nordic walkers will also get their money's worth: They will complete the 7 km route and compete in a special ranking – here, the fastest time does not count, but the time closest to the average time. The fun of movement is in the foreground!

There are food and drink stations set up along the route where waste can be disposed of. It is forbidden to throw waste outside these zones. Those who disregard this can be excluded by the organizer.Safety guidelines:
The participant acknowledges that during the “SEEN-LAUF Tannheimer Tal” the hiking trails and roads are not closed, all hiking trails and roads are also used by other people, and the traffic regulations (StVO) apply as usual.Equipment:

Whether from France, Belgium, the Netherlands, or Germany,
Europe's north has direct connection via the highway:
The fastest, simplest, and vignette-free way by car to the Tannheimer Tal leads via the A7 motorway. Turn right at the exit “Oy-Mittelberg” and follow the federal highway B 310 towards Wertach/Oberjoch for about 15 kilometers. In Oberjoch, turn left to the Tannheimer Tal.
From Switzerland, you can reach the Tannheimer Tal via
Lindau – Sonthofen or Arlberg – Landeck – Fernpass – Reutte – Weißenbach > Tannheimer Tal. (No vignette required!)
From Italy or Vienna, go via Austria's highway
Innsbruck – Mötz – Fernpass – Reutte – Weißenbach > Tannheimer Tal
or via Rosenheim – Bad Tölz – Garmisch-Partenkirchen – Reutte – Weißenbach > Tannheimer Tal.
