Road bike week Whitsun

The road bike weeks at Whitsun in the Tannheimer Tal offer optimal preparation and unique cycling experiences. Former professional cyclist Marcel Wüst leads group tours and gives tips. The participants are divided into four performance groups to take into account different levels of training. The rides lead through the varied nature of the Tyrolean high valley - an ideal opportunity for tours with professionals.

General information
The joint tours are divided into four performance groups:

Sportive
Participants are keen road cyclists, ranging from amateur cyclists to competitive cyclists seeking a sporting challenge on their road bikes. -
Hobby
Participants cycle regularly and enjoy cycling as a sport.
Children aged 16 and over may participate if accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. -
Leisure
For participants who cycle regularly and want to enjoy road cycling while on holiday.
Children aged 12 and over (who are familiar with road bikes) may participate when accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. -
Gravel bikers
Participants enjoy riding their gravel bikes away from the main roads.
The route takes in gravel paths and the most beautiful spots.
Information about the trips
- The meeting point for the rides is the Tannheim tourist information office.
- Start is at 10 am. If it rains at 10 am, the departure time will be postponed to 2 pm!
- The route lengths and duration of the rides will be adapted to the weather conditions before departure, which may lead to changes in the program and possible postponements of the riding technique workshop.
- Each participant is responsible for the joint rides, especially with regard to defects and any necessary return transportation!
- Contribution towards expenses per ride and participant is € 20.00.
- Late registrations on site are possible, € 10.00.
