... and off you go through impressive countryside: on Saturday, 30 May 2026, the Lakes Run will take place again in the Tannheimer Tal.
Runners can choose between two distances: 10 km or 23 km – perfect for every level. The run is suitable for everyone and offers both amateur and professional runners an unforgettable experience!

From 9:00 a.m. Race number distribution and late registrations at the Nesselwängle Sports Centre.
All athletes aged 16 and over are eligible to participate in the 10 km and 23 km races.
Start/finish location: Nesselwängle Sports Centre
Start at 12:00 p.m.
Finish closes at 4:00 p.m.
Award ceremony at 4:30 p.m. at the Nesselwängle Sports Centre

Nesselwängle – Haldensee – Tannheim – Vilsalpsee – Tannheim – Haldensee – Nesselwängle
Entry fee:
- until 29 April 2026: €30.00
- until 29 May 2026: €40.00
- Late registration on site plus €10.00

- Station 1 – Haldensee East after 3.4 km
- Station 2 – Tannheim Ressebichl after 7.0 km
- Station 3 & 4 – Tannheim towards Vilsalpsee, end of forest path after 10.4 km & 12.6 km

The run is part of the Saukel CUP 2025 running event!
Refreshment and drink stations will be set up along the route, where rubbish can be disposed of. It is forbidden to throw away rubbish outside these zones. Anyone who disregards this rule may be excluded from the event by the organiser.
Safety guidelines:The participant acknowledges that during the ‘SEEN-LAUF Tannheimer Tal’ the hiking trails and roads are not closed, all hiking trails and roads are also used by other people, and the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) apply in principle. Equipment:
The race number will only be issued to the respective participant in person. There is an unofficial finish list for all routes, which serves as a control for the organiser.Additional information:
