The term users refers to both sexes (women and men) and underage persons. Guests, spectators or other persons, without active use of the indoor playground, are also subject to the hall regulations and the applicable regulations and provisions. 

The indoor playground "Tanni's Kinderparadies" includes all areas: entrance, foyer, wardrobe and sanitary facilities, stairs and playing area.

The term playing area is intended to mean those areas of the facility which are intended for active use.

The notice with the general business term and the hall rules is located in the entrance area and contains the essential information for the use of the indoor playground. Further information can be found on the website www.tannheimertal.com. Each user has to inform himself in advance about the terms and conditions and the hall rules and confirms with the purchase of the ticket the notice of this.

General business terms

All playgrounds in the area, with the exception of the toddler area, can be used by children between the ages of 4 and 12 years. The toddler area is reserved for children up to the age of 3 years. The consumption of alcohol and chewing gum is not permitted throughout the play paradise!

The term play area comprises those areas of the building which are intended for active use.

The parking spaces belong partly to Tanni's Kinderparadies and partly to the tourist office. There is no claim for users of the children's paradise on these parking lots. Free parking space to availability.

1.     General

Prerequisite for the use of "Tanni's Kinderparadies" is the purchase of a ticket. By paying the entrance fee, a contractual relationship between you and the operator becomes legally valid. The terms and conditions are an integral part of this contract. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions. You can find the currently valid general terms and conditions and hall regulations on the website www.tannheimertal.com or on the notice board in the entrance area.

2.     Usage

The use of "Tanni's Kinderparadies" is charged. The prices are based on the currently valid price list. Only with a valid ticket, knowledge of the terms and conditions and the hall rules, the use is permitted. This must be preceded by any time. Anyone without a valid ticket to "Tanni's Kinderparadies" must calculate with appropriate consequences - and also a reprimand or an arraignment. Day tickets are not transferable to other persons.

If possible, lockers are available in the foyer. The lock key must not be taken when leaving the indoor playground!

3.     Ordering and hygiene

The entire children's paradise including sanitary facilities and cloakrooms must be kept clean. For hygienic reasons, socks must always be worn on the playground. On the playing devices, mobile phoning or listening to music with headphones is not allowed.

The consumption of food and drinks is only allowed in the designated area, not on the playing area. The carrying and consumption of alcoholic drinks is strictly prohibited! No glass in the playing area!

The valuables and bags should not to be taken while playing, deposit those things in the existing lockers. Pets are prohibited.

4.     Ticket

By entering "Tanni's Kinderparadies", your subscribtion must be shown the staff unsolicited or a ticket must be bought. The valid ticket must be kept in the playground during the entire stay. The staff reserves the right to random checks. Safety and other instructions of the personnel must always be followed; otherwise, the use of the facility (without reimbursement of the entrance fee) may be prohibited.

In case of vandalism and theft, the personnel are obliged to report the fallible person to the police.

5.    Liability by guardian

Children are only allowed to visit "Tanni's Kinderparadies" when accompanied by their parents or other supervisors, unless parents have expressly consented to the child's visit without the accompaniment of a supervised person on the printed form provided for children from the age of 8 years. A transfer of the supervisory duty to Tanni's Kinderparadies or their staff does not take place. The staff of Tanni's Kinderparadies is not responsible for the supervision of the children. If the supervisor leaves a child unauthorized in the facility alone, the duty of supervision is not taken over by "Tanni's Kinderparadies". The supervisor remains responsible for the child in this case.

6.    Liability by the operator

The use of the game facilities is at your own risk. The use may only be made in accordance with the usage regulations, such as the rules of the game, the house rules. The team of "Tanni's Kinderparadies" does not take the supervisory duties of the visitors. "Tanni's Kinderparadies" can not be responsible for any injury or damage caused to children or other visitors to the children's play area due to non-compliance with instructions or improper use. For this the visitors are liable themselves or the parents or other guardians of the children. In particular, "Tanni's Kinderparadies" is not liable for any injuries inflicted on children, loss of possessions, or damage caused by willful or negligent behavior of a visitor. On the wardrobe or locker is even pay attention. In the case of lost no liability is accepted.

7.     Safety

For the safety of all visitors, containers and objects made out of glass and own toys in the playing area must not be used. Sharp, pointy or other dangerous objects must not be carried. Open fires of all kinds (candles, sparklers, etc.) are also prohibited in the rooms. Resulting costs, e.g. fire service deployment by triggering the fire alarm system, are to be borne by the polluter.

8.     Sickness

Access to "Tanni's Kinderparadies" is not permitted for those with infectious diseases or open wounds, or those who are under the influence of intoxicating means. Users with physical disabilities/impairments are not permitted to use the playground.

9.     Food and berverages

Food and beverages are not allowed in the playing area. Drinks and meals must be consumed exclusively in the seating areas. Bringing your own sweets and soft drinks is permitted in "Tanni's Kinderparadies". However, we ask for your understanding that the bringing of your own food, as well as coffee and tea or delivery by outside companies (pizza service or fast food snacks) is not allowed.

The waste caused by the sweets and drinks brought along must be properly disposed of.

10.   Sequestration

Children or visitors may be excluded from the use of "Tanni's Kinderparadies" and its facilities if they or their parents violate the house rules, morality and general laws or disobey the orders of the staff. The measures and orders of the personnel taken in the interests of safety, tidiness and cleanliness must be obeyed. The staff is entitled, in the case of children's particularly bad behavior, to exclude them from use of the playground for a certain period of time. The same applies to adults with appropriate behavior. In this case the entrance fee will not be refunded. Even with annual ticket holders who are excluded from the use of the playground due to the stated exclusion reasons, there is no refund on the price of the annual ticket. ItIt is allowed vistors, who disturb safety, peace and order, harass other visitors, violate the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions, or disobey the instructions of the staff to remove them from Tanni's Kinderparadies. In the case of willful or negligent damage or destruction of the facilities of the children's play area, the visitor or his legal guardian is obliged to compensate for the damage incurred, including legal costs. Theft and willful damage will be reported immediately. In case of theft, Tanni's Kinderparadies is entitled to charge a processing fee of € 100, - from the person concerned. For damages that are willfully caused by children on the playground, their parents are liable in accordance with the relevant statutory provisions.

11.   Data protection

The user agrees that the data collected in the registration form may be used for the purposes of contract performance and internal marketing purposes. Furthermore, the user agrees to accept the electronic mail address specified by him in the case of direct marketing received electronic mail. A revocation of this consent is possible at any time by email to  info(at)tannheimertal.com.

12.  Consent pictures and films

The user agrees that pictures/films made in "Tanni's Kinderparadies" may be used by employees or by third parties, even without his knowledge and name, for advertising and presentation purposes. The user renounces in this regard to any claims acc. § 78 Copyright Law. A revocation of this consent is possible at any time by email to info(at)tannheimertal.com.

13.  Refund of tickets

The refund of the money for annual tickets in case of injury or permanent illness (presentation of a medical certificate) is not possible. In this case, the validity of the annual ticket is extended or adapted to another period. For day tickets this regulation does not apply.

Annual tickets must be personalized and therefore can not be used by more than one person.

14. Smoke, alcohol and drugs

A general smoking ban is valid in "Tanni's Kinderparadies". The use under the influence of alcohol and drugs is not allowed!

15.  Venue

The district court Reutte is responsible for all disputes between the user and the operator. Austrian law applies.

The possible ineffectiveness of individual conditions does not automatically lead to the invalidity of all conditions.
