Jungholz holiday in Allgäu

Away from the transit traffic, the Tyrolean enclave surrounded by the neighbouring Allgäu region enchants as a haven of peace. Jungholz is a herb village
The small mountain village of Jungholz is an Allgäu herb village and the only Tyrolean alpine herb village. A handful of landlords have joined forces to transform the mountain village into a herb village. In the centre of Jungholz, right next to the church, a large herb garden beautifies the village. The main theme in the large herb garden is women's herbs, as the local church is also christened "Maria Namen". The theme includes wild herbs, tea herbs and aromatic herbs. In the midst of this world of herbs not only the guests, but also some locals will treat themselves to a few pleasurable moments. Future Jungholz guests can also be creative: Herbal ointment production, herbal soap courses, herbal bread baking and a special experience is the herbal hike with herbal pedagogue Lilli, who shows guests not only the beautiful surroundings of Jungholz, but a variety of wild herbs.
