The herb and craft market takes place on Sunday, 4 August 2024.

The Alpine Herb Village Jungholz in Tyrol to the herb and craft market. The market is hosted and organized under the patronage of the mayor by the tourism committee of the municipality.

In cooperation with the herbal educators, herbal landlords, restaurateurs and many local, dedicated helpers and herb enthusiasts, the market has established itself as an atmospheric, meeting-rich and very charming event and attracts several hundred visitors to the Tyrolean mountain village every year. The approximately 80 selected exhibitors offer not only herbs, perennials, spices, teas, soaps, fresh herb bread, jams, herb cheese, honey and other delicious and fine for every taste, but also creative products from their own workshop (often handmade unique pieces) for sale. Among them, for example, decorative garden accessories, pottery, various articles made of wood / driftwood, jewelry of all kinds, crochet, sewing and felting.

Thus, a truly unusual range of goods in conjunction with lectures, guided tours and musical performances delights the numerous visitors. Local herb educators answer visitors' questions about the many herb plants in the garden in the large herb garden next to the church. Various craftsmen can be seen practicing their craft. Of course, the palate will not be neglected either. There will be a variety of culinary offerings - some of which will benefit local associations. Young visitors will be entertained with a special children's program.

The herb market is open from 10 am to 6 pm with free admission.
