Trinity Chapel in Rauth

The church in honor of the Holy Trinity in the hamlet of Rauth was built in 1726 by the landowners. Rectangular prayer room with 3/8 closure, at the chancel arch Bandelwerkstuck. High altar with painting of the Holy Trinity, around 1680, figures of St. John the Baptist and St. Sebastian on the sides, Upper Swabia (Ulm) around 1510. Baroque Stations of the Cross.

Accessibility / arrival

On the freeway A7 at the exit "Oy-Mittelberg" on the B310 direction Wertach and to Oberjoch. There follow the signs "Tannheimer Tal" B199 until Rauth. From the Tyrolean side via Reutte on the B198 direction Lechtal to Weißenbach, over the Gaichtpass along the B199 to Rauth.
