Wasserwelt Haldensee – Water World open from the end of May to begin of September

Swimming fun in a unique mountain setting: An attractive pool area on a remarkably beautiful spot - right on the Haldensee. Comprised of a kiddie pool, a non-swimming area with massage jets and a waterfall, a lap pool and a 50 meter-long water slide is a special attraction. The more than 500 m² of water surface is heated environmentally-friendly with a solar system up to a pleasant bathing temperature. Have you ever bathed in drinking water? The Haldensee is checked several times per season and has a water quality that is hard to beat. Children get their share of swimming, playing, building sand castles at the romantic stream, boating on the lake or action on the water slide. Located directly on the hiking and biking trail!

Swimming Lakes in the Tannheim Valley

Vilsalpsee

Whether an enjoyable, lazy swimming day by the lake, a refreshing stop during an arduous mountain or bike ride or for sports activities in and on the water - one thing is always the same - the steel-blue sky with the impressive mountain panorama, the fresh, healthy mountain air and the magical crystal clear water of the lake. The Vilsalpsee, which is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful mountain lakes in Tyrol, is located in a nature reserve area.

Swimming is permitted there for free, however the water temperature is usually not more than 17°C.
